Why don't billionaires found their own universities to train their talents? 

If I was a billionaire I would found a university that does something like:
- synthetic biology (reverse engineering synthetic cells) and basic genetics
- recreating the earthworm's nervous system using code 
- some other biological algorithms, and design systems that are applicable in all fields (music, maths, architecture, etc) 
- basic electronics
